Dying to Have a Baby: Racial Disparities in Maternal Mortality

In this webinar, our speakers discuss maternal birthing experiences for African American mothers, and the role of social injustice and racism as it impacts maternal mortality. Participants will gain an understanding of factors that perpetuate racial disparity in maternal mortality in obstetric and postpartum care, and how to promote anti-racist practice and policy to reduce current unjust practice.
